It's been over two years since we last reviewed NoAdware. Since 2007 it's been sitting at the top of our ratings for Adware and Spyware removal, so we thought we'd check in to see how the software has kept up with the competition.

The product has now been downloaded over 40 million times, in over 100 countries. When we first tested NoAdware it was new on the scene, but now it's a market leader. Despite a slightly tired looking website, the product itself still has plenty of life. It's still a small program with low CPU overhead which can happily hum away in the background. It is constantly updated, and so just as effective at identifying threats as it was in 2007.

The company behind the product have also added live customer support (a move being made by most reputable software vendors), available from 5 am - 11 pm Eastern Standard Time.

In our tests, NoAdware detected 100% of the threats we knew about, and threw 0% false positives, proving that this software title is still a contender and rightfully sits at the top of our user generated league table.

NoAdware is a decent adware and spyware scanner and removal tool. Like most of its competitor software, it will scan your machine for free, and then require purchase to allow removal.
